Dr. Fang graduated from National Defense Medical Center and received his D.D.S. in Taiwan at 1999. He then started his master degree course and specialist training in the field of oralmaxillofacial surgery in National Defense Medical Center from 2001 to 2005. He especially focused in tissue engineering, dental implant and tooth transplantation.
After achieving his M.S. degree and receiving diploma of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, he has continued his career in Armed Forces Sungshan general Hospital until now.
He also serves as clinical instructor in the OS department of Tri-Service General Hospital and acts as the supervisor of the association of Oral and MaxilloFacial Surgeon, ROC. He is very active in the relative field of dental implant. He is well known for both guided surgery and salvage treatment for the complications of implant in Taiwan. He is also a very popular speaker and Mentor doctor for the NobelBiocare implant system.
