Dr. Hopmann graduated from the University of Cologne in 1981. From 1982 to 1983, she worked as an assistant dentist, and in 1984, she opened a private practice in Lemfoerde, Germany. After ten years, she opened her second practice in Meran, Italy. She studied prosthetics under Prof. Dr. A. Gutowski and periodontology and implantology under Mick Dragoo, MDS. DDS. Since 1987, she has lectured in prosthetics. Dr. Hopmann maintains membership in DGI, the German Society of Implantology. In 2002 and 2004, she taught implantology, and communication and team coaching, respectively. In 2006, she became a member of a study group for restorative dentistry.
