Patrick J Henry

Dr. Henry is specialist prosthodontist in Perth, Western Australia. In 1982, he established the Perth Osseointegration Training Centre that focused on with the research and development of the Brånemark Implant System. He holds professorial and research fellowship appointments at several universities. He is a fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and recipient of the Distinguished Lecturer Awards from the Greater New York Academy of Dentistry 1998 and American College of Prosthodontics in 1999. His current research interests include implant surface technology and the immune response, applications of immediate loading, and involvement in international collaborative prospective multi-center clinical trials. He is a member of several editorial boards of dental journals, a contributor to seven textbooks and an author or co-author of over 100 publications.
