Time is money. Avoid traditional waxing, investing, casting and finishing, and save about 75 minutes per finished crown. Use that time to serve more clients, or to layer porcelain for excellent esthetics.
minimal investment Taking advantage of the Procera® process is surprisingly inexpensive. All you need is a Procera® Scanner, a computer with the Procera® software installed and an Internet connection.

simple process The dentist prepares the tooth and you create the die as usual. Then, instead of making the core by hand, you:
1. Scan the die (approx. ten minutes). Tactile scanning is known to be the most precise type of scanning available.
2. Design the coping shape you desire using the powerful Procera® Software (set the margin and outer shape of the coping) using the 3D CAD program.
3. Once finished with the design simply send the order via the Internet to us. We produce your order and ship it directly back to you.
4. Build-up the porcelain using NobelRondo™ and deliver a strong and beautiful restoration to the dentist for cementation.
And throughout the entire production process, you can track the progress of your order.
