• delivers strong and beautiful results
• reduces inventory of materials
• enhances productivity and profitability
• 8 million copings produced
• Procera® Network dental laboratories in 75 countries

efficiency

Time is money. Avoid traditional waxing, investing, casting and finishing, and save about 75 minutes per finished crown. Use that time to serve more clients, or to layer porcelain for excellent esthetics.

work less, benefit more from Procera®

minimal investment
Taking advantage of the Procera® process is surprisingly inexpensive. All you need is a Procera® Scanner, a computer with the Procera® software installed and an Internet connection.

highest production precision
With Procera® you benefit from the highest levels of production precision, because we’ve invested in state of the art, multimillion dollar factories. Our facilities in Tokyo, Japan, Stockholm, Sweden and Mahwah, USA are staffed by experts and meticulously maintained to ensure you always get the finest results.

simple process
The dentist prepares the tooth and you create the die as usual. Then, instead of making the core by hand, you:

1. Scan the die

1. Scan the die (approx. ten minutes). Tactile scanning is known to be the most precise type of scanning available.

2. Design the coping

2. Design the coping shape you desire using the powerful Procera® Software (set the margin and outer shape of the coping) using the 3D CAD program.

3. Send the order via the Internet

3. Once finished with the design simply send the order via the Internet to us. We produce your order and ship it directly back to you.

4. Build-up the porcelain

4. Build-up the porcelain using NobelRondo™ and deliver a strong and beautiful restoration to the dentist for cementation.

And throughout the entire production process, you can track the progress of your order.
