Francisco Marchesani

Dr. FRANCISCO J. MARCHESANI is Associated Professor at the University of Concepcion School of Dentistry, Chile. He received his DDS degree from University of Concepcion School of Dentistry in 1986 and finished his postgraduate studies in Maxillofacial Surgery and Implantology in 1994 from Ohio State University and University of Freiburg.

He is working in the Implants field since 1990. He is in charge of the Implantology Program at University of Concepción, developing the Undergraduate Implants Program. At the same time he is Surgical Director of the Implant Program in the Maxillofacial, Periodonthics and Rehabilitation Postgraduate Program at the University of Concepción. He is cofounder and surgical director of the unprecedented Social Implant Program in Chile, supported by Nobel Biocare, since 2005.
