Dr. Ali Tunkiwala completed his Masters Degree in Prosthetic Dentistry from Mumbai University.

He has acquired training in implant placement and resoration at Germany followed by a Fellowship and subsequent Diplomate status of International Congress of Oral Implantologist in 2005.

He is a Sustaining Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Presently he maintains a dental practice focussing on Implants and Aesthetic dentistry. He lectures at various national and international conferences and conducts continuing education workshops and courses on various aspects of clinical dentistry, including but not restricted to full mouth rehabilitation and implants.



A common vein in most of his journal publications is the practice of evidence based dentistry and the importance of remaining up to date with current trends and research in various practical dental procedures and materials.
