Dr. Molly graduated as a dentist at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, in 2001. She performed a combined program of periodontology and PhD training at the same University under the leadership of Prof. Daniel van Steenberghe and Prof. Marc Quirynen and successfully defended her thesis entitled: Deviations from the standard osseointegration protocol in the use of oral implants in January 2006. She now works at the department of Periodontology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore with Dean Prof. Mark Reynolds. She is member of the editorial board of the American journal of Dentistry and the board for meetings and lectures of Nobel Biocare. She published several peer-reviewed articles and lectured in many different countries.
