Learning outcomes:
Upon completion of this course the audience will understand how to:
- Extract the tooth from a planned implant placement site without damage to the facial bone.
- Properly prepare the implant site to receive the implant.
- Manage the implant site with bone augmentation if necessary.
- Manage the soft tissues to achieve the desired esthetic result.
- Develop an appropriate provisional restoration for the implant.
- Manage the occlusion to minimize the load on the implant restoration.
