Mr. E.J. van der Winden was trained as a dental technician until 1979.
He won the “van Hammond”prize in 1985 and was owner of a dental laboratory in Laren, the Netherlands from 1993 until 2001. He is part of the Lidi Willi Geller’s international Oral Design Group since 1996 and winner for best apprentice enterprise, SVGB, in 1999 Mr. E.J. van der Winden is co-founder of Oral Design Center Holland, in Blaricum, which opened in 2001. He is an International lecturer and has been organising practical workshops and presentations since 1989. He has done lectures and seminars in Australia, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and the Netherlands. The lectures provide an insight into restoring concepts and procedures involving various ceramic materials. His concept is based on working directly with patients, in order to obtain an aesthetic result that is as great as possible.
