In this session Dr. Andrew Dawood will treat a fully edentulous maxilla. In the anterior maxilla four conventional fixtures will be placed entirely with the help of NobelGuide™. Though the Brånemark System® Zygoma for the posterior region are planned with the help of NobelGuide™, the surgical template will only be used for the site preparation. The approach then, will essentially be conventional, but with a much smaller flap than the usual flap reflection for Brånemark System® Zygoma implants.

After the implant placement an immediate temporary bridge will be placed.
