  • Describe how a proper maintenance of the implant retained prosthesis influences the long-term result using evidence-based science.
  • Explain the clinical significance of a good oral healthcare and regular check on the health of the soft tissues.
  • Discuss the role of the oral hygienist for the implant patient.
  • Summarize what instrumentation can be used for cleaning and maintenance in the oral implant patient.
