This program was developed by highly experienced educators and clinicians to ensure the highest level of scientific and clinical value. Under the leadership of Professor emeritus Brien Lang, the committee has guided the development of the Nobel Biocare World Tour™ 2008. He is currently the vice president for Instruction & Associate Proust of Academic Affairs.
Dr. Lang received his DDS (1961) and MS in Prosthodontics (1965) from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry (UMSD). He retired from UMSD (1998) with the title «professor emeritus». He is currently chair of the editorial committee for the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Cibirka received his DDS from the University of Detroit-Mercy (1988) and Master’s degree in Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan (1990). He is currently the Vice President for Instruction and Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and a tenured associate professor in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Glauser graduated «summa cum laude» from the University of Zürich. Dr. Glauser holds an appointment as clinical associate professor at the Medical College of Georgia and is considered an expert on the subject of restorative dentistry and osseointegrated implants.
Dr. Wöhrle received his DMD degree «cum laude» and Master of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (1988). He is renowned as the only dentist with formal training in the interrelated fields of implants surgery, prosthodontics, and laboratory technology.
