Upon completion of this course the participant will understand how to:


  • Demonstrate how manufacturing craftsmanship and technical processing in the laboratory can positively impact productivity, reliability, profitability and the business image for both the laboratory and the dental office

  • Establish a joint strategy between the dental laboratory and dental office where these activities provide a key role in assisting the dentist in the integration of crowns and bridges and implants into a busy dental practice

  • Coordinate both software and hardware capabilities within the dental laboratory, and the dental office
