Upon completion of this course the participant will understand:

  • Management of soft tissue adjacent to both implants and natural teeth.
  • Papilla preservation, soft tissue grafting and ridge maintenance with and without bone grafting.
  • Split and full thickness incisions, atraumatic flap elevation and implant osteotomy preparation on pig jaws.
  • Implant placement in deficient ridges, bone graft harvesting, membrane management, fixation, connective tissue graft harvesting, periosteal release and tension free closure of flap margins.
Recommended for: Dentists, who are placing implants, that want to enhance their grafting and soft tissue management skills.
