For the first time ever a new procedure will be presented involving a bone-graft taken from the leg with previously placed implants that is used to restore a maxillary defect. Unique to this demonstration will be the joining of an artery and vain taken with that graft and joined to an artery and vain in the neck by micro vascular surgery. During the 7 - 8 hours needed for the surgical operation various segments will be highlighted for viewing by the audience.
