Hans Forssander is a Certified Dental Technician in Sweden (BTT) and in British Columbia, Canada (RDT). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) from University of British Columbia. He has over 30 years experience in the field of dental technology and has worked in large commercial laboratories as well as in small dentist-in-house operations. He has developed a broad knowledge and has chosen to specialize in the areas of ceramics and implants. Mr. Forssander owns and operates a small dental laboratory in Vancouver, British Columbia – Shanto Dental Ceramics Ltd. – concentrating on aesthetically demanding cases, particularly involving Procera all-ceramic frameworks, and Nobel Biocare implant solutions. Mr. Forssander also provides educational programs, in the form of lectures and hands-on courses, for both dentists and dental technicians.
