Alan Sim graduated in South Africa with a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma with distinction. He immigrated to New Zealand in 1997 and in 1998 formed Dental Designs Ltd specializing in crown and bridge and implants. The laboratory has a strong focus on communication between the client and patient, which has resulted in continuous growth. More recently, Mr. Sim has been involved in the pre-launch of the Procera® Implant Bridge, scanning with Procera® Forte scanners and NobelRondo™ Press. He is currently actively involved in continuing education for Nobel Biocare, lecturing both locally and internationally.
